Six months ago (March to be exact), this person won an auction of mine for some Transformer items. We agreed that the item and the payment would cross in the mail (which has worked very well for all of my other auctions).
According to ebay the person is:

 State:       Ontario
 Country:     Canada
 Phone:       (416) 874 - 3443

But the address he gave me was (note the slightly different name):

After a week I emailed him to find out if the item had arrived. He claimed
it hadn't. I continued to email every few weeks with *no* response. Then, a
month ago I finally sent him an email saying that I would initiate a trace
to find out where the product was. He replied with:

I have heard nothing from him since and, of course, no payment has arrived.
He does not respond to emails. He has since changed his eBay auction name to
'reekingofawesomeness' ('reeking of dishonesty' more like). For a while he
was bidding on current auctions but it now looks as though he has been
NARU'd with several recent negative comments on his feedback list.

AVOID this cheating liar and don't get bitten like I was.
