i bought three items from NGTOYS on ebay  (ebay id 'mazingtoys') just over two months back and  still havent recieved the items in question. My credit card was billed for mercahdise cost and nothing else.

Repeated attmepts to make email contact have recieved no answer,

i then tried several times to contact them by the phone number supplied and that failed as well.

Since i haven't recieved the  items in question, and my credit card was only ever billed for the merchanise cost
and not shpping, the only conlussion i can draw is that they were never shipped in the first place.

They still have auctions running on ebay, so i think i can safely conclude that they could answer my email(s) if they chose to. but since i have recieved no reply to my emails to them i can only conclude NGTOYS just plain dont give a damn.

if you do have to buy something from them i urge you to use paypal, so at least if things go wrong you can make a claim and get your money back.

lastly ive reported the details of this transaction to fraud.org.
