I recently bought a MIB Battle Trap on ebay

and got an email from the seller. I paid him with PayPal and have not heard from him since. Also after I paid for the item it seems he was kicked off ebay and is no longer a regestered user as well he changed his email address.
Has anyone traded with this guy before?
His ebay name is store88hk (16) and his 1st email addy was
japantoy2000@yahoo.com  and his 2nd addy is store88hk@yahoo.com.hk

I tried to request his information off ebay but it all was crap (such as 123 123 123, no actual usfull info)

I plan to file legal action (on ebay and paypal) against him soon if i don't hear from him.

I wish to post an update for what I was sure to be a bad trader. A few weeks ago (maybe 5) I bought a MIB BattleTrap off the Ebay user 'store88hk'. I paid him with paypal and then never got any emails after that ever...even to this day. his emails store88hk@yahoo.com.hk  and japantoy2000@yahoo.com  did not seem to work. He was also suspended off of ebay the day ofter I paid him.

A month has gone by and without warning, right out of the blue, i get a package from hong kong and inside is a MIB BattleTrap.

So I guess he isn't a BAD seller, he just has poor email habbits. So i guess just keep em on your 'Neutral' List.
