Superstitions of Trinidad and Tobago
Welcome to my world.
The people of my twin-island republic have always been particularly creative and perhaps that's why for a fairly young country we have such a rich tapestry of folklore.
Or maybe we know something you don't...
The characters that roam throughout Trinidad & Tobago in the dead of night seeking prey or protecting what's theirs, have their genesis in the various countries that have contributed over the centuries to our population. So perhaps you may find some similarities in our La Diablesse or Soucouyant.
