How to have a chance of being recruited by this organization (Men in Black)?
Your best chance of being recruited by this secret government agency, is to join some type of intelligence organization like the CIA, NSA, etc. As far as I know this is the only way you could have a chance of joining this organization.

You must have an advanced degree from a good collage or recieved military training.
You must be able to speak at least 2 languages.
You must be a member of the military or a federal intelligence agency (like above, CIA, NSA, etc.)
Be at least 19 yrs of age and a U.S. citizen, born in this country and have had no criminal offenses.
Must have a high security clearance, and not have comprimised that clearance even once in your entire career.
Must have good recommendations from your superiors and the unanimous nomination of those members who are called upon to judge your record.
Must be willing to maintain absolute secrecy about your work, even from your family or spouse.
Must bear understanding that you are part of the order, and in the interest of National Security, you must be willing to sacrifice yourself and the ones close to you if necessary.
