This Section introduces the universe of Mists Of The Void, its pecularities and rules. Within these pages are contained the secrets of magical space travel and its operation, the construction of the necessary vessels called spelljammers and the problems facing a spacefarer, including hostile vessels, they might have to fight. Note: These are the V0 rules. They still need a lot of work.
The World Of Mists is loosely based on the world of spelljammer. Superficially it seems almost the same, but there are many subtle and a few obvious differences in design and layout. This chapter only contains the basics of the world, a fully fledged campaign setting is provided in another section of this site.

When hostile spelljammers meet, it will end in a battle. These are the rules for working out a space battle, as long as it is spelljammer based. Once it gets down to boarding, use the rules of your favourite rpg, but keep in mind that gravity often realigns itself in odd ways when ramming or preparing for boarding.

This chapter describes how to use the vehicle rules to create a spelljamming vessel and everything you have to take care off, so that your vessel will properly work within the Mists. It will be illustrated by a sample spelljammer the Scaraship.
At times space, both the void and the flow, can be a pretty dangerous place, filled with both natural hazards and monsters. The second will only be mentioned here, because they have a section all of their own.
