Starlight85 looks at you. "You wanna here some singing?" she asks. You nodd, grateful to get away from her bad jokes, and Twilight Zone-like poetry. "Okay then," she says "just go down the path to the right of the Waterhole Restaurant, and follow it. You'll reach our jukebox there. Look at the names and tell the jukebox which songs you want."
"Our jukebox is outside" Cordillya85 says helpfully "because that's where we like to listen to music most. It is so nice outside, with a clearing, and the stars overhead...."
"Stars, wonderful stars, like little holes in the sky..." Starlight chimes in.
"You guys!" Nexus whines "you're embarassing me! That human is looking at us like we're nuts!"
"We are, aren't we?" Starlight85 asks. You hurry on out of the restaurant, wanting to get away from the conversation.
You walk down your path, through deep and dark woods. Unlike the other places in the Cyberforest, this place is quite warm, but not dank and hot like some of the other places. It is also kind of cool here, and not very cold. Suddenly, the trees stop come to another clearing. To your surprise, you see a singing tree. It is a large species, but you don't know which kind, because the bark is neon green, pink, blue and red. It blinks and shimmers. The leaves give off a light of their own, like disco lights. You blink, this must be the juke box! you think. What else could it be? The tree/jukebox seems to be singing..... How Do I Live by Leanne Rhimes?!
Suddenly, the song stops. "Greetings, party animals!" the tree says. You stare at the tree, but you can see no mouth. The sound definitly seems to be coming from the tree though. "Which song would you like to play?" the tree asks.
You look at the names. They are etched into the side of the tree. There are many popular songs in that list, and a few you have never heard of. Also in the mix are some classical composers, such as Bach and Beetoven.There is a slot where you put in a disk, as well as a tape. You type in Backstreet Boys, just for the heck of it. "I am sorry, you do not have the proper CD or tape" the tree responds. Magic forest, yeah right! you think, disappionted you didn't get to here them.
"I am bringing up the other options" the tree replies. Suddenly, istead of pop, classical and alternative groups, you get some songs that you haven't ever seen before in your life.
You ask the tree what songs these are. "These are some rocking songs that Starlight85, as well as some of her friends, made up. They are about the best show in the world, BEAST WARS!!" You groan. More BW. Well, you'd rather have Silverbolt singing "She's a Tramp" from Lady and the Tramp by Disney, than jokes or poetry. You click on one of the songs.
