Here you'll learn all about me with my current
engineering interests, resumes, and more. Please feel free to browse this
web site, please email me if you interested in a copy of my resume.
I graduated in May of 1998 from the University of Maine
with a Bachelors Of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
(EET). I currently work for the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as a plan review engineer classing Yachts and other Naval Combatants.
Previously I had supported the United States
Navy Arleigh Burke (DDG 51) class of destroyers providing preventative
maintenance and analytical support for its electrical power systems, in
addition to some work on DD(X) and the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) and work on power control and automation products for U.S. Navy Submarines. I am
currently in my seventh year of supporting various issues for the United
States Navy and other military fleets.
I would consider the right opportunity with any employer offering chances
for advancement in addition to paid/reimbursement of training. I would
also consider moving to locations throughout the United States,
in preferably low cost of living areas. My ideal job would be working for
a power utility company with guaranteed job security in the Southern or Western United States.
I have concentrations in circuit analysis, digital/analog devices,
control systems, and power systems. I also have an extensive mathematics
background, and have Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD) and
regular hand drafting experience along with work in thermodynamics. In
addition I have done extensive work with the Motorola 68HC11
micro-controller and C++ programming and web design, as well as
requirements management through the use of the Dynamic Object Oriented
Requirements System (DOORS).
