After the downfall of the American government, many postal workers found themselves out of a job. There was no need for mail to be delivered, as most of the Megacoms shipped their goods themselves. Most of the ex-mailmen found other jobs or retired altogether, but as a few postal workers are eccentric, to say the least, they wouldn't give up. Riots broke out in the major east coast cities, as the postal workers rampaged through the streets with home-made bombs and weapons that were conveniently "lost in the mail". The Megacom armies quickly stomped out most of them, but the remaining postal workers unified under Postmaster General Neuman, a postman who was previously discharged from the military for killing his commanding officer for not using the 9 digit zip codes. He quickly built an underground army with no known objectives, led by himself, and armed with homemade bombs, shotguns, and stolen Megacom technology, although how they acquired it is unknown. Making strikes against the Megacoms usually, they also seem to be hoarding money for something and occasionally release new stamps, although nobody uses them.
Use in play:The best formation I saw in play was to have the backbone of your force be the basic postal workers, with a leader with a mental value of 3 or more, since they are scouts. The Clockwork Branch squads should back them up in squads of 4-5, with an optional leader, I didn't bother with their leaders however, as they stay clustered together anyway. Use the mail trucks to take out leaders, groups of tougher individuals, or other vehicles. Attack team leaders and other important specials with your Nutcase(s).
These units are best used as cover fire.
