1. Cut pin as the diagram shows. PIN.
2. Drill a 15/16" hole through the the center of all the tuppercraft floraliers.
3.Shove a 3/4" PVC pipe through the tuppercraft. Then, force a 1/2/" CPVC pipe through a pin.
4. Shove the 1/2" CPVC pipe through the 3/4" PVC pipe.
5. Drill 21/16" holes in the top and bottom of the pin. Feed an elastic through the holes to keep mouth shut.
6. Drill a 1/8" hole in the throat and feed a string through that, down the pipe, and attach it to the bottom jaw where the elastic attaches. Add the poppet to neck when done.
7. Use screws to attach mask and arms.
8. Soap dish is hot-glued in place.
9. Put a 4" piece of drainage hose between tuppercraft trays; about 5-7 rings. Paint the body with testor's 1642 lime gold paint, the eyes with Testors day-glow yellow.
10. hot- glue the eyes together.
11. Hot glue a 1/8 steel rod to the wheel from a screen door assembly.
12. Glue a string to the wheel. Attach entire unit to a 1/4" wooden dowel. See Diagrams 1 & 2.
13. the eye mechanism is put in the tubing that is glued to soap dish.
