You walk down the path towards the herd's grazing meadow, a bit nervous as to what might happen to you.  Surprizingly, you don't encounter the stallion you met when you first appeared.  However, you do meet a red-striped mare with a white mane and deer antlers.  She nickers softly, then dips her head in greeting.

"Greetings traveler.  I am Bloodened Snow...I've taken the place of my mom Tiger's Fury.  Sadly, she's disappeared and the herd fears the worst.  My dad was an outsider unicorn," the mare says, nodding slightly.  Two more unicorns approach; one of them is the stallion you have already met.  The other is a reddish-mare with a pink colored sun-shaped mark around her eye.

The stallion snorts and says nothing until the red mare jabs him lightly with her horn.
"Hmmmph.  You know me already.  Why should I bother to introduce myself?"
The red mare gives him another jab with her horn.
"Okay okay, I'm Forest Chill...although you SHOULD know that," the stallion snorts again and walks over to Bloodened Snow.
"I'm Autumn's Sun.  Forgive Forest, he's just very protective of us all...after the disappearance of one of his mares, I don't think he trusts anyone anymore," the red mare looks apologetic.

Again, a few more unicorns approach, curious to what is going on.

Forest Chill introduces each new unicorn.  The first is the second stallion named Horizon's Ashes.  He's mostly orange with a muzzle and foreleg sock of black.  The next is a simple-colored mare with soft blue colored wing feathers and the same color mane known as Moonlit Plains.  The last mare stands a bit off by herself, bobbing her head every so often.  Her eyes are a lighter green than her coat but they are dull, lacking the sparkle that the other's eyes have.  Scars are visible on her head and chest and her mane looks like it's stained with blood.  Forest Chill calls her Silent Hope; she is unable to speak after an attack by a canine of some kind.

Forest Chill snorts.
"You may leave now, there are no more of us to introduce.  Go....Now."

You back up and duck back onto the
path...
