That funny-looking blue flying thing. Uh, I mean Toydarian. Yeah. :) I don't know how to type Huttese, so I just typed out the translations for his Huttese lines.

goodday.wav - Watto (in Huttese): Good day to you.
solong.wav - Watto (in Huttese): What took you so long?
selling.wav - Watto (in Huttese): Watch the store. I've got some selling to do!
outback.wav - Watto: Let-a me take thee out back, huh? We'll find-a what ya need. Heheheh.
credits.wav - Watto: Republic credits? Republic credits are no good out here, I need something more real.
jedi.wav - Watto: What, you think you're some kinda Jedi, wavin' your hand around like that?
wrongo.wav - Watto: Don't get-a me wrongo.
2slaves.wav - Watto: No pod is worth two slaves.
