Yo-Yo combat

The use of a yo-yo as a weapon is usualy overlooked because of the
size and way that it would be weilded. But a yo-yo could make an 
effective weapon if there were some rules specified.

Fist off a yo-yo is a bludgeding weapon that cannot attack armor.
there fore it can only attack revealed areas which require a called 
shot against the target, resulting in an AC10 plus dex modifiers.  The
damage done is d3 but no strength modifiers.  The weapons speed is 2, 
but is modified to 4 when it is used to do a "around the world" trick
wich results in d4+1 damage.  a yo-yo has a weight of *. and requires a
proficiency.
