Can soul-read. If wounded he heals instantly. The amulet on her earring allows him to teleport a max of 10 miles at a time.

Akuulan is a Child of the Orcle, from the litter before the previous eclipse. His elemental mutation is his 'fur' and the fact he has no wings. He was part of the litter which eventually ended up awakening the Dishonored, but he had nothing to do with that. Even though he has no wings he can fly.

He was trapped in a stasis cell some time ago by Seht, a Dishonored. Only recently was he released from it. So he's been 'out of the loop' for a few years. He has all Sky abilities, and each ability of his does 3 times the damage it would do for a normal Sky. He is immune to Magic, Sun, Moon and Fire abilities.

Abilities

Whirlwind: Calls forth a gust of wind which is powerful enough to move an adult Raveen Kat wherever the user wishes.

Clashing Sky: Creates a storm of whirlwinds. Each whirlwind is strong enough to move ten adult Raveen Kats miles away, or easily crush bones.

Falling Sky: Causes the sky to fall upon the target, instantly crushing and paralyzing it.
