Notes

He is a Winter Kat so will prefer a cold enviroment. His elemental mutation is found on all four paws - they're made of ice. Now this ice is just as flexable as normaly flesh, so his movement does not suffer from his mutation. Cold mist is always moving off his icey paws, which is a warning to any who can tell - for his paws can be quite deadly. They can now either cover a target in a thin layer of ice upon contact, instantly turn a target to ice upon contact, and he can control his paws now so everything he touches won't be covered in ice unless he desire it. He is also Ice-Hydrokinetic, meaning he can create ice/ice-cold water with his mind and use it in anyway he wishes - he could even form a beam of water and send it flying at a target, freeze it and have it become a solid ice spear which will do a lot of damage.

Since Kouude has become a Semi-Demon he gains a power upgrade. This upgrade is a touch upon his current power, but with a demonic influence. Kouude can now create black, or demon, ice. This ice is more deadly than regular ice, but can be manipulated the same as other ice. However the black ice has some unstable properties which cause the ice to not only slice and/or impale themselves in targets, but it causes the ice to explode, causing a lot more damage than normal. Kouude can also create 'ice birds' out of this demonic ice which kind of come alive, allowing for Kouude to make sure his ice hits his targets. These birds will explode on contact with the targets.
