I will perform an upgrade for you, as well as advise you on what components to purchase.  I do not charge extra for components that I help you purchase, in fact, if you wish, I will search for the lowest price and purchase a component for you and charge you the price I pay.

Most importantly I will tell whether or not an upgrade will truly benefit you, and how much you should think about spending to get to where you want to be.
