When Luna first came to Gateway Station, she was nothing more than a Ferengi Slave. Although Human, she'd been a slave to them for most of her life. Her former Owner, found that when she was too young to turn a profit, he'd keep her for himself. The Ferengi arrived with Luna in tow for some trade negotiations with Admiral Blackstone the Former Head of Black Ops.
When the Admiral heard of Luna's circumstances, he "purchased" her from the Ferengi and set her free. Having no where to go, she went to work in Hydroponics, helping to harvest the Station's food.
One day she heard that one of the establishments on the promenade was for sale. She approached Blackstone, and asked his help. He agreed and loaned Luna the money she needed. Today, The Moon Dragon, has become a favorite hangout for Starfleet's finest Marines. Most of the visiting Marine personnel can be found drinking and raising hell in The Moon Dragon. This is also the favorite hangout of EJ * Killkenny. When she's on station can be found performing nightly at The Moon Dragon. With her professional quality voice, she mesmerizes the crowd and HAS BEEN KNOWN to completely end a fight or two with just her voice.
Luna doesn't seem to mind, because it's become an unspoken rule...."IF you trash The Moon Dragon, you come back the next morning and help clean the place up OR you pay for the damages."
It's become known as a "fight" bar. BUT, be careful just WHO you pick a fight with, you might end up over your head.......
