When Jonathon retired from Black Ops, he found he really had no place to go. SO, he purchased an area of Deck 28, about half the deck actually, and opened "The Officer's Lounge". Now, two years later the place turns a tidy profit even a Ferengi would be proud of.
One of the LARGER establishment's on the Promenade, it holds all sorts of activities for Starfleet Officers and alike.
HOWEVER, the Admiral, as he's commonly called, runs a tight ship and ABHORS violence in his establishment. He'll call security in a heartbeat if a fight occurs.
SO, if you plan on paying the Admiral a visit, you'd best be prepared to sit back and enjoy a quite evening of relaxing music and conversation!!!!
