Sending: Sha'Tzar is a Sender just above average, he is very skilled at sending over distances and sending images. Since he's a Storyteller, he hones this skill as much as he can.
Levitation: He can travel, he can stop himself from falling to death, but he doesn't use it more than he has to. Sha'Tzar prefers to stay in SkyHaven.
Illusions: A gift from his unknown father: Sha'Tzar knows how to create illusions in the air around him, real enough to fool an onlooker. They are not in any means substansial though, anyone can walk right through them - if they realizes that the images are not real. This is also a skill he uses a lot when he tells stories, so Sha'Tzar is constantly trying to be better.
Mundane Skills:
Storytelling: He is a great storyteller, and his listeners does often find themselves captured by his melodic voice.
Singing: Another skill he uses to entertain and teach others.
Fluteplaying: In his opinion, the flute is the queen of instruments. He has a collection of different flutes, the panflute is his fauvorite so far.
Elf Lore: Almost necessary for a storyteller, huh?
Build: He is slender, yet not fragile
Complexion: Often sitting outside looking at the sun and the sky, his light skin has got a goldenbrown tan.
Eyes: Blue as the forget-me-nots, often dancing with mirth.
Hair: Goldenblonde and untamed like a lions mane, cut around his shoulders and allowed to hang free.

History: Sha'Tzar was born 4309 years ago by an elfess named Lisesha. She was afraid of her mistress, Midehi, and therefor she tried to run away with her young son. The elfess managed to reach the ground and stay hidden for a couple of years. During those years she taught young Sha'Tzar her view of life, which was happy and mirthful. Lisesha was afraid of all the dark plotting in SkyHaven and wanted her son to live a life freed from hatred. Sha'Tzar learned to laugh at problems and to smile at disgust, always ready to meet the world with a happy face and a quote on his tongue. But even Lisesha knew that one day she had to go back to SkyHaven with him, since she hadn't got a chance to survive on her own with a child for long time. One day when Sha'Tzar was ten years old, Lisesha returned to SkyHaven with him. After leaving him there, she turned around and fell down to the earth. The elfess didn't even try to float.
Sha'Tzar has never really forgived the elves in SkyHaven for his mothers death.
Personality: Always looking on the bright side of life, Sha'Tzar prefers to not be a part of the manupulative life in SkyHaven. He likes to sit in a garden or outside in the sun, playing his flutes, singing or telling tales. The elf has a happy personality, always ready to answer a question with a question and an insult with a joke. Under his playful and mirthful surface lies a quite well hidden seriousness, and perhaps those innocent blue eyes sees more than they should- who knows? Probably Midehi.
Sha'Tzar has got a sence of humor, but nowadays he's mostly ironic. A common saying of his is "This Haven reminds me of my clothing, beautiful to behold but uncomfortable to wear". When he is raptured by his own music though, it's his very soul showing. The elf is never as happy as when he can be alone with his panflute and the wind's song.
