Well folks, it's been a long haul, but we are finally in!!!
We moved in on Monday the 30th of July, and slept here that night. The gas did not go on until about 5:00 that afternoon, but we were determined not to spend another night in the shed! Better to freeze in the house than freeze in the shed!!
We did have one minor upset the next day when water started leaking through the ceiing downstairs from the shower upstairs, but Rick had the plumber here quick smart, and the loose connection fixed with no lasting "will efforts" (Or ill effects either).
We have been in 2 weeks now, and I am back at work, Daz goes back next week.
The photos that are here are all courtesy of Rick Lanyon, our builder who has kindly emailed them to us. I still have not got my shit together and found the cables for the dgital camera!!!
I may keep updating with landscaping and stuff, who knows!!! |
