Dear WCC Contributors,

Here before you lies the (somewhat) finished product, "When Clans Collide!" Okay, so I couldn't get the entire thing done on the 20th, but I will make a concerted effort to have the entire story finished in a reasonable amount of time ... I will not be stringing everyone along like I did with G:CM. ;)

But that's not the point of this letter. The point of this letter is to extend my thanks to all of you for letting me use your characters. I couldn't have done WCC without you. You guys are the best, and I want to give a token of my appreciation, more than simply my words and a hearty handshake in Dallas.

So ... after much deliberation, I came up with this plan. I hope it's safe to assume that all of you have read my baby, "Gargoyles: Clan Manhattan."

My characters ... are now yours.

Effective immediately, I am granting blanket permission to all of you who contributed characters to "When Clans Collide!" to use my characters in your own fics, the only exception to this being Lina (who will be leaving my universe permanently, so you'll have to ask permission from her new owner. And I'm not saying who!!). But this includes all of my other characters: Rosanna, Rain, Samson, Slash, Liberty, et al. Use them as you see fit. My only request is that you let me know you're using them, and send me a link to the story, so that I can post it to the "When Clans Collide!" page.

Once again, just saying "thank you" isn't enough by a long shot. Giving my personal thanks to 73 creators just seems inadequate. I hope this gesture in some measure will make up for my lateness ... and also serve as ample thanks to all of you.
