The Implorer
As I stand here and implore,
I pray to keep my life,
As I sit here on the platform,
With the rope around my neck,
Just waiting for the ultimate sacrifice,
As I stand here and implore,
As I stand here and implore,
I pray for someone to come and rescue me,
From my smite, from my smarting and travail,
As I stand here and implore,
As I stand here and implore,
As I stoped to jostle exquisite young lady,
Walked up to the gaurds, and touched them,
They fell to their knees, and she put the chair,
Back under my feet, and told me everything,
Would be alright,
As I stand here and implore,
As I stood there and implored,
I thanked God to have created someone,
As compassionate as she,
As I stood there and implored!
