On LV-426, in your year of 2179, our kind faced our greatest defeat.
Our beloved Queen, who established a healthy colony on this planet, was defeated in battle by
your great warrior Ripley. Our hive fought vigilantly it ensure it's survival, but your warrior
proved in the end to be too cunning. She was the only one of your kind who managed to escape alive
from our hive, along with her young.
It was a glorious battle. Many of your kind, your marines, died at our hands, regardless of
the power they possessed. We used many of your kind as hosts that day, blessing them with the
life of our own. We tried to bless the young child as well, but
your Ripley had taken her away from us. Then, in a cold and ruthless manner, she
proceeded to eliminate our waiting eggs. Angering our Queen this way, she was forced to
abandoned her hive to chase the fleeing Ripley.
Like most of your kind, Ripley ran, and was under
the belief that she had escaped with her young, her non-human friend, and her companion.
She was gravely
mistaken however when our Queen emerged from beneath the vehicle to engage Ripley. Our Queen was
determined to rob Ripley of her young, much like the way Ripley robbed us of our own. Proving
her rage, she tore through the non-human and ripped him in half. Our Queen nearly had the young
when Ripley came forth baring arms of steel and strength that was unbelievable.
Underestimating
her, our Queen was struck with blow after blow until finally knocked into one of your access holes,
but not without dragging the mighty Ripley with her. In a final surge of hatred, she attempted to
drag the great Ripley with her into the blackened sky, but could not hold on to her grip. Ripley
had defeated our mighty Queen, but not without a price. In hopes of continuing her hive, our queen
brought forth a single egg, which bared the face hugger that Ripley was to receive. Instead of
relishing in this glorious gift, Ripley proceeded to take her own life, ending our most glorious
Queen's reign. A dark time for us indeed, but we still contiue to prosper with other hives, other
Queens. We shall dominate your kind yet!
