It has been many days since you last saw the light of the surface of Faerun. For some strange reason, you have decided that you want to see the Underdark, and perhaps Menzoberranzan the famed city of the Drow. As you round the next bend in the large cavernous expanse known as the Underdark, carrying your torches, your only source of light within these dark tunnels, a figure steps from the shadows created, covered from head to toe within a long black cloak. "I'm suprised you made it this far," said the cloaked individual, "one who visits this area, usually do not carry torches, since the light created can easily attract unwanted attention, but welcome." As the individual says this, he pulls his cloak back revealing his sharp ebony black elven features, and his pitch black clothing. You notice that he wears no armor, but has a pair of finely crafted sabres on a weapons's belt, and a pair of runed bracers on his arms. The individual smiles slightly and laughs, "You must be brave, or foolish. I am Sorn Duskryn, Elderboy of House Duskryn, 8th House to the Throne of Menzoberranzan. So you've come to see the drow. Then I will show you what I can of my race, including myself, and my family. Tell me, are thee ready to ENTER Menzoberranzan?"

This is my first Webpage. I am doing it on my Advanced Dungeons and Dragons character Sorn Duskryn. I have created a rather large background for him, and within this page, you will get a chance to see the nobles of House Duskryn, which is 8th Ranked within Menzoberranzan. Also on this page there will be information of the drow, including their life and their religions. There is also a part on Menzoberranzan aswell, which just describes the different area within the city. I hope you like it.
