Leather Monument

The leather moument was formed back in 1996 when Chris and Travis decided to see exactly how much noise they could get to come out of the cheapest piece of shit Radio Shack keyboard money can buy. Taping their sessions, they were pleased by what was happening... That was until Chris decided that they should start making music to annoy people rather than entertain them. This set Chris and Travis off into months of constantly trying to create more and more annoying songs...sometimes annoying each other to the point of attacking each other. The recording of blood, for example, ended with Travis smashing a telephone into the wall in an annoyed rage and Chris kicking the shit out of his CD collection. Eventually the two became so annoyed they scrapped the project all together and Travis moved to Florida to persue a career at Disney World.
Soon, however, Travis learned that there was nothing for him in Florida except 'Gator World' (where he was a regular) and moved back to Indiana. Chris and Travis immeadiatly got together for a two day recording session now known as the "Leather Trash Sessions", producing by far their best work to date.
Soon after, Raven joined the band and recorded her own brand of Euro noise board funk. The release "Low Noise High Volume" includes the best of all the sessions.
Right now the Leather Monument is busy writing songs for the follow-up to "Low Noise High Volume", which they plan to be much more mainstream than its predecessor. More info on that as it becomes available.
