The Klingons are one of the fiercest warrior races in the galaxy. Their culture derives from honor and the love of combat. Never get on a Klingon's bad side or he'll rip your heart out with his bat'leth. This deck is designed to take full advantage of the Klingons' warrior spirit and love of combat. Every single Klingon in this deck has honor, with the exception of Captain Koloth and his crew (make of this as you will), and all benefit from the bonuses provided by the Sword of Kahless and Kahlest.

The Seed Phases
For the dilemmas, always seed one Killer/Wall, one Plain Killer, and one Plain Wall under each of your opponent's missions, usually in that order. The Borg Ship can seed under your own mission if you want to. It's there mostly for the bonus points. Beware the Writ of Accountability or Retask that might pop up, though. Seed Starry Night under Qo'nos (it's the only place in this deck that will allow you to use its text) and download the Sword of Kahless and Croden's Key (from your Q's Tent). The Croden's Key is to be used to board your opponent's ship and to start swinging your bat'leths, slicing and dicing their crew at will. Beware the dreaded Computer Crash, though. You don't want your artifact download to be nullified. That is why you have a Quark's Isolinear Rods in the deck. Always seed Empok Nor at one of the Bat'leth Tournaments so that you can Process Ore. Reveal the Sisko 197 Subroutine on your commandeered Empok Nor only when your opponent attempts to commandeer it from you (as a psychological tactic). Always download Kahless and Vekma (from your Q's Tent) at your outpost with Assign Mission Specialists. Your seeded Q the Referee should only be revealed when one of your referee cards is needed. This is mostly as a psychological tactic, even though all of the referee cards have a use. Another psychological tactic is your seeded Defend Homeworld. This should keep your opponent from attacking your homeworld, but if he does, download your cards at warp speed (pun intended).

The Play Phases
For your first use of Homefront, download Kang to Qo'nos and use his special download right away to get your Blood Oath. All you need now is either Jadzia Dax, Koloth, or Kor and you can start downloading your blood oath cards. Arne Darvin, the [OS] Klingon, can be downloaded via the Gr'oth's special download or through the Ops download. The Stolen Cloaking Device should always be aboard the Gr'oth (as if that isn't obvious, since it's the only ship in this deck without a Cloaking Device). Also, download Process Ore to the Ore Processing Unit using the Ops game text as soon as possible to start processing ore. Beware Reactor Overloads, though. You don't want to have a destroyed Ore Processing Unit, do you? Use Make It So to download Ready Room Door as soon as you have a ship with its matching commander on board to download Tactical Console to it, Crew Reassignment to help staff the Gr'oth and Chang, or Mission Debriefing to keep your opponent's personnel stopped and prime targets for your armada. Keep using that Ready Room Door to download matching commanders and the other captain's orders cards: Tactical Console/Crew Reassignment/Mission Debriefing, Captain's Log and Defiant Dedication Plaque. Place the Ready Room Door on Captain's Log to keep it from nullification as it's your most valued captain's order. Use the bonus point interrupts as soon as possible to gain the points needed to help win the game. Most of the points gained using this deck come from these interrupts and the Borg Ship dilemma, as well as from No Way Out, Council of Warriors, and (if facing a Klingon opponent) Klingon Civil War. Beware Intermix Ratios, though, since a lot of the points to be gained with this deck come from bonus points. Use the Preparations only on the mission being targeted by Council of Warriors and/or when attempting Expose Covert Supply (Qo'nos) with HQ: Secure Homeworld. It acts like a limited Scan, and can help pass the mission and gain the benefits of the Council of Warriors. Battle is the name of the game here. Never let your opponent solve any missions by keeping him occupied with your ships and personnel with hand weapons. Remember to always download cards through Blood Oath and personnel with special download icons as well as through the Ops site. Teach your opponent the meaning of pain with this Klingon armada deck. Qapla'!

Counter Notes:
Access Denied: deals with Establish Gateway decks
Chain Reaction Ricochet: deals with other armada decks
Defend Homeworld/Homefront/HQ: Orbital Weapons Platform: Qo'nos needs a lot of defense
Operate Wormhole Relays: deals with field trip (time travel/quadrant hopping) decks using Wormholes
Panel Overload/Scanner Interference: deals with Scan happy decks
Quark's Isolinear Rods: deals with Computer Crash (best used with Quark Son of Keldar on table)
Sisko 197 Subroutine: keeps opponent from commandeering Empok Nor
