    Misc
A french comics parody has been published under the name Doc Savedge -- Le aventurier by Coucho, for the Darrgaud editions (oct 87).
It depicts the adventures of a superloser, in a very sarcastic way. Besides their names and the fact they are heroes, Doc Savedge and Doc Savage share very few common points. The writer used the Doc Savage name as an archetype for a generic hero.
Note that the title contains a voluntary error. It should be called L'aventurier. This emphasizes the limited syntaxical abilities of the superhero...

The following (probably) unauthorized use of Bama's Doc depiction has been use on the cover of the adult comic Pacte diabolique (Série Jaune, #19).The publisher is Editions Elvifrance. Publication date is unknown, but probably from the 70s. The inside "art" has no relation with Doc Savage. Note the vampire's teeth added to Doc
The white square has been added to respect the condition of the host of these pages
