VOH employs date-expiration software on the forum which will automatically delete messages beyond a certain date, based upon that forum's traffic level. VOH does not archive any past articles; once they are deleted, they are gone forever.

VOH prevents search engines from indexing messages in any discussion forum.

All individuals are encouraged to post messages on any topic relevant to fantasy, magic, sience fiction, astrology, art, or poetry, whether you're a professional, a layperson, or a client.

Please be civil in all of your posts and refrain from using inflammatory language or expletives. Refrain from purely ad hominem (personal) attacks on discussion forum. They are not appropriate to the supportive environment and community we've created.

We ask that you limit your postings to no more than a dozen a day . Start a new thread if the topic you're interested in discussing is not currently being discussed. Do not continue discussing a new topic under an old thread or Subject: line. Do not keep bringing up the same topic, over and over again. In other words, have your say and then move on. Repetitious postings will be removed.

Please refrain from posting messages with no text in them (e.g., "NT" messages). Do not post questions of an administrative nature except forums expressly reserved for such questions. Messages of an administrative nature (e.g., why a particular message was deleted, why a person was removed from a forum, etc.) should be addressed directly to the VOH via e-mail only.

Announcements for products, services, workshops, employment vacancies, etc. are prohibited. Our forums is meant as discussion forum, not announcement forum.

VOH, or its duly assigned representatives, reserves the right to remove any and all articles it considers inappropriate to this forum, without notice or prior notification to the author.

Impersonation of others is a criminal, fraudulent act. Individuals who choose to do this will lose access to the entirety of VOH and their Internet service provider abuse handler will be contacted.

Forum on VOH is meant as self-help support resources and are not patrolled or monitored on a regular basis by any professional.
