History

.....Shortly before the entry of the US into World War II, three small town boys were revelling in the heroic adventures of mystery-men that spashed the front pages and screamed from the radio broadcasts daily. Even young Tommy Rogers was aware of the trouble his District Attorney father was having capturing noted local gang leader "Wolf" Lupo, so he and his friend Tubby, after disguising themselves with makeshift costumes found in his father's trunk, took after the crooks. Aided by a young orphan named Toughy, the three became known as as Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys, due to their bright blue longjohns that comprised the majority of their costumes.

.....The Boys were joined later by Janey, who wore a bright red wig and aided the guys as Little Miss Redhead for sefveral years. In 1949 the boys retired, as did Janey, presumably going off to college or beginning careers of their own.

.....Several years ago, the teenaged sons of the original group reformed the Blue Boys when their home town ( since renamed Radience ) became under attack by the original criminal Doctor Light. Shawn Rogers, the son of Tommy, became Little Boy Blue and along with "Slats" and "Static", revived the Blue Boys and defeated Light.

Powers and Abilities

.....The three boys had little going for them but luck and their youthful energies. They contrieved attack plans and had routines to keep those that they fought confused. All three boys were good hand-to-hand fighters. Little Miss Redhead used a set of bolos as an offensive weapon.
