"Love is in the air..." Yes, I believe it is!! Okay, so I thought this ep was totally gruesome in the good old X-Files tradition, and I was happy to be terrified out of my mind. I think I screamed/gasped at least three times, which sent my roommate running to scare me again. It was pretty damned funny, now that I think about it. Even though the ep was pretty disgusting, I think that there is a definite change in our two favorite agents. I know this ep was taped well before Sixth Extinction and Amor Fati, but there's this change there that I can't describe. It's like, they're through with all the hard times, and the good times are here again, so maybe they can save the 'ship before it sinks.
Anyway, back to the ep. VERY scary, and I liked the message- I can't be someone who I'm not. It was sad that the kid had to die in the end, but then, he DID go after Mulder, so I guess he needed to be taken care of. He made the choice. Also, it was nice to see that my spoilers were correct!! ::g:: Maybe that means the rest are, as well.

Okay, next week is slated as that big moment is 'shipper history that we've all been waiting for-the REAL kiss-no bees, no alternate realities, no dream sequences-THE REAL DEAL. However, much to my dismay, there was no teaser in the previews...! Why?!?!?!? This one is titled "Millenium" and it will be a crossover with the other show's lead character. The agents and Frank Black(?)(sorry, brain spasm) will race to find a way to stop the apocalypse that has been set in motion, supposedly according to Nostradamus's predictions. Should be an incredible ep, but is the typical dark scene and dismal nighttime we are so used to. Cross your fingers for the kiss!!!
