*"The Goldberg Variation", 7x06*

My deepest apologies for not posting on time...finals were pissy and this holiday week has been a little nuts. Anyway, okay. The Goldberg Variation. GREAT show, I thought it was very cute, we got to see Mom!Scully, and even a little of Mulder seeing Mom!Scully, as well. The storyline was hysterical, and I'm grateful because we aren't going to see a hell of a lot of light eps this season. When Mulder fell through the floor, I never started laughing harder than when I saw Scully's face. That part was great. Actually, the whole scene was perfect. I have to say that the writers and Chris, as well as Duchovny and Anderson, did a most excellent job with this one. Extremely good luck, obviously, is a curse, and I thought that the way this was done was great, with a nice twist at the end.

On a different note, I just want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday season, and I hope you all are enjoying this time with friends and family. Watch X-Files all day if possible, and have a good time! BTW-I've actually turned my mother into a Phile and something of a 'shipper. She loved "How The Ghosts Stole Christmas" when they re-aired it last week. I'm going to have her watch Monday with me tomorrow night, too. : ) Well, I gotta go finish the baking! Happy Holidays everyone!!!
