Bulletin Board: Wanted

WANTED: This Man....

Name: Morpheus, Dream, Oneiros, the Sandman
Alexander Byron Morgan??

Location: San Francisco, or perhaps New York?

Occupation: Poet, Musician

Date of Birth: June 2, 1998

Place of Birth: Bus 11 from Salt Lake City to Provo, UT

Reasons for his existance: it was a hot and sticky day, two girls were riding the bus from one destination to another. It was the best of times (as they had just been to the zoo), it was the worst of times (as the bus had been two hours late). It was a long day, and it was nice to finally be going home. Out of the minds of these two, came the creation of Alexander Byron Morgan, inspired by Neil Gaiman's 'The Sandman.' Since then, I have fallen in love with him.

Note by Seraphim Veritas: I said to Cecil, "I am not really sitting here waiting for the bus-- no, I am driving down through the Sierra Nevadas in a black convertible." I was driving to San Francisco, the Holy Grail of Cities, and I was in a black convertible with the top down. However, I don't think it fair to leave Lidroller behind at hot, dusty busttop, so I invited her along. So there we are driving through the Sierra Nevadas, top down, drinking our Mistics, munching on Wheat Thins, and listening to Underworld. ("Underneath the Radar" if you must know.) And suddenly Cecil says, "Wait, you are going to meet up with Greyboy in San Fran--who do I get?" Inspiration strikes. We look off to the right side of the road, and there, driving another black convertible (blood-red interior, license plate: Oneiros) is Alex, looking pale and sensitive and gorgeous, and the sort of boy we would jump if we were that type of girl. Which we might be if he were to appear in our lives. But I digress.... We follow Alex into San Fran and fortuitously meet up with him....

And then the bus came. Dammit!

We spent the rest of the ride home inventing Alexander Byron Morgan, and now Cecil is in love with him. Obviously, the only thing to do is to locate this boy.

Reward: If you find him, tell me. I will reward you handsomely. I have been waiting for him... Contact: Cecil R. Fontaine at lidroller@hotmail.com
