Oh no, run! It's... HYDRO-MAN! Puh-lease! Don't get me wrong, I liked the issue, I just think Hydro is, well, pathetic. He has awesome powers, but he's so dang stupid! Deseree a claravoyant? Is it possible? I suspected ever since she had a bloody nose during the Swarm thing with the vibration-disruptor thingie... Time to rate. I'll give *** to "Signs of the Times." Gotta take off for the crap-tacular art.
Weringo's back, and just in time for "Identity Crisis!" The Hornet! This guy's cool (not as cool as Dusk!). The Looter. What a FREAK! Why can't they just say what the ^%&*$ rock feels like! And does anyone else think it's kinda creepy that Fester is in love with a ROCK? EEeeeeeewwwwww... To rate, "Inventing the Hornet" gets **** (extra star for extra cover. That was cool!)
Well, wave by-by to Hornet kiddies, 'cuz he's gone. Identity Crisis is in it's last month, and I was starting to like the new guys. Marvel better bring 'em back sometime within this year or next. But we all know that's a pipedream. So, the story... What's with that Vulture anyway. He bugs me. So, I liked "Hornet's Nest" so much, I'll give 'er ***1/2.
Ahhhh, back to classic Spidey. Those other ID's were good, but I like Spidey the best (yes, better than Dusk). The first artist was good, the second was better. The Black Cat appearence was good. I havn't seen her for a while. I can't wait for the next ish where they fight Arcade. About Billy Walters, I think Spidey should just confess his identity to him. That would patch things up between them. Anyways, I'll give "Back On His Game" ***1/2.
Arcade, huh? This guy bugs me. REALLY bugs me! Black Cat's role in this story was a bit to small. All she did was whoop Arcade... this isn't helping my point... what I mean is that Spidey did everything up until then. Another complaint: not to much happens in this story. I can't report on to much. So, I'll give "Cat and Mouse" **1/2.
*snif* 'Ringo's last ish! *snif snif* This comic is nearing an end! Don't be sad, SLINGERS will save the day. Well, onto the comic... THEY GOT RID OF BILLY! He was becoming such a good charactor, then they get rid of him! Why? Ask them. Complain all your little Marvilite harts out in your next letter to them. Okay, to the rest of the story... The Rhino's rampage was an odd twist. He felt something in the end... "More Than a Feelin'" gets ***1/2.
