Who's this Mike S. Miller guy? I've never heard of him! Well, his art wasn't too bad. He could stand to draw Siryn better, though. The story, though, was not bad. The story with the team going bowling was OK, but I prefered the parts with Dom and Shatterstar, even though I think he should have had a bigger comeback! Well, the thing going on between Sunspot and Meltdown should be interesting. Pity, Tab and Sam made a good couple. Overall, "Bittersweet Reunions" rates **, 'cuz of the art and 'Star's miniscule part!
Oh la la. The cover. So different. Not bad different, good different. Open the comic, and the art gets worse. I must say Adam has shown me MUCH better art. But the story makes up for it. The team is back, solving unexplained murders and whatnot. However, 'Star was not here. WHY NOT? 'STAR MUST RETURN! Sorry. Just had to get that out of my system. So, grading time. "City of Lost Children" gets, um, this is a tuffy, but I'll stick with... **1/2.
Reignfire vs. Sunspot! I thought I'd never see the day! I don't know about you, but I for one would like to know what the hell is going on! Sheesh, even Cable thought Bobby was Reignfire (and telepaths are rarely wrong about such things). Hopefully my question will be answered soon (maybe ORB can help with this one?). Anywho, I liked Skids, er, Sally. She's a good charactor. Maybe now that she's revealed as a mutant, she'll return to the team? "Burning Desires" shall get ***.
Once again, X-Force's entire past has been proven wrong (well, not entire past, but a portion...). Reignfire is just some lab experimet with Bobby's blood! #19 my big hairy (_!_) ! Sorry, just venting. Hey, last time they showed Locus, wasn't she a caucasion blonde? That's how I remember her! Well, not much more to say. I'll give "Set My Soul On Fire" ***.
