FISTS - Covert
Firearm Integrated Sensor and Targeting System

Description
The covert system is intended for use in environments where overt shows of force are not desirable.  This system uses a pair of thick rimmed glasses for aiming and a weapons box containing the gun and necessary electronics.  This box can be fit into a variety of different cases including a cooler, briefcase, cardboard box, instrument case and such.  There need only be a small hole for the camera to see out of.  This makes the system adaptable for a wide variety of uses.

System Components
Glasses
The glasses provide two functions.  One lens is for aiming, and uses a transparent LCD screen.  The other lens is a kirlian lens, just like the bureau sunglasses.  The lenses are available in either left or right dominant eye.  They have variable shading and on/off switched for the camera and Kirilian.

Gun Box
The gun box is the business end of the system.  The system can be armed with either a modified H&K SP89 or a semi auto dart gun.  Attached above that is the thermal camera.  The thermal camera system operated in day or night, even through smoke.  It sends the image to the glasses for the user to view.  When the user desired to shoot, he merely presses a button usually located on the handle of the carrying case.
The SP-89 is totally silenced, and uses subsonic rounds.  Single or three round burst is selectable.  It comes with a 30 round magazine and expended shells are all collected inside the case.  Reloading is not possible in a combat situation.

Modified SP-89.  Virtually silent if firing sub-sonic rounds.
Fires single shot or a three round burst. (*9mm Parabellum*)

The dart gun is good for bringing them in alive or for liquid bane delivery.  It has the same capability as the gun, but carries only 10 rounds and delivers a dart instead of a bullet.
