Mountaineering Kit

Enables agents to safely negotiate obstacles up to a vertical distance of 300 feet, regardless of the terrain. This includes urban areas, buildings, bridges and underground. Having this kit or an equivlant amount of gear gives the agents a +10% to climb obstacles.
There are two parts to this kit:

Main Gear

This has all the necessary rope, carabiners, cams, wedges, webbing, brakes and such for the team. It is packaged in a large duffel bag/ backpack. The gear weighs about 40 lbs.
Personal Gear
This kit has a harnesses, figure 8, carabiners, ascenders, and such for one person.
The general rule is one set of Main Gear per Team and one set of Personal Gear for agents. Basic instructions are included for simple climbs, but more difficult climbs should only be done with experienced agents and practice. This is an "off the shelf" equipment package that is fully interchangable with commercially avaiable climbing gear.
