- If the cell is alive at time t, it will remain alive at time
t + 1 if it is not "overcrowded" or "undernourished". It must
have at least 2 living neighbors and no more than 3.
- If the cell is dead at time t, it will remain dead unless it
has 3 "parents". The cell mus have 3 living neighbors in order to be
born again.
