However betrayal nipped at the Sith woman's heels. Within months of her marriage, a holovid was played for her, by the Lord Freedon Nadd, showing Raxe straying from the marital bed. Disheartened, and angry, Madchin had always valued loyalty, above all other attributes. She fled Elshandruu Pica, taking with her Lord Quelon's ship, The Vendicator and as she always seemed to in times of trouble, returned to Cloud City. It was during this return trip that she received a message from her former master, Lord Kueller, requesting permission to join her on the ship, and permission to return to the Sith ranks. Madchin had no power to grant him return, but she did allow him on her ship, to the dismay of the Sith. However, always lead by a weak heart, Madchin returned with Kueller to Cloud City. There she buried herself, and her seething hurt, inside the Sith Cathedral. There would be no more mates, no more betrayals.
Kueller, for the third time, asked Madchin to be his mate. This time, she accepted. The safety of a mate, left her able to concentrate on her studies, without the distractions. However, two things happened that would forever seal the fortunes of Madchin, with Lord Kueller. The first thing, was the arrival of Hayt Blackblade. Hayt had long been a friend and confident of Madchin's. And, his arrival on Cloud City, was timely. She dearly required his ear, his shoulder, and he offered it, willingly. He too, had just lost his mate, to the sword of Kueller, and burned with anger, loss, betrayal. Their friendship grew, out of a shared pain. The second thing was, as usual, Dolph was not true to his word. Lord Valiya also visited Kueller upon his return to Cloud City, and there, bedded him. It was obvious to Madchin that loyalty and intregity were not qualities that Dolph also valued. With Hayt, they left Cloud City. Never again would this be a place of refuge for Madchin. As many other places had become, it was a place of betrayal.
With Hayt, Madchin found a new level of friendship, trust and loyalty. She had promised never again, however, Hayt was a soul mate. They bonded, the ceremony leaving her with a scar upon her stomach, and his soul seared forever upon hers. The Vendicator was renamed and Madchin handed it over to Ter de Bin, the commander of Hayt's navy. She joined Hayt on his ship The Judicator, and now divides her time between it, and her beloved Yavin.
