Fey also come to remind
us of the equality,
love & respect
between the genders
so rich in ancient Early
Druidism
& Pre-Celtic & Celtic
Paganism.
Legend has it that both the
Fey & Animal Spirits
(Also, such as in the Fey
Faiths & "Shamanic" like
faiths such as of the Ancient
Catti-Tribe of Ireland)-
also despised dishonorable
acts such as,
wife-beating & child-battering.
Even before it was said that
domestic cats
were brought to Ireland,
there were felines known
as "wild-cats" native to Ireland.
The ancient Catti-Tribe (cat-people)
of Ireland,
practiced a "shamanic-like"
faith primarily centered around them
& even wore costumes
& adorned themselves to look like cats.
(When finished here, See
Cat-people
Realm
for more info.)
In Celtic Society:
Even women of The Warrior
Class
were not to be battered at
home by their husbands or lovers.
The home was meant to be
a sanctuary for all family members.
The Tribe was part of the
larger family.
It was important for kin
& fosterkin to stick together
& later for Clans to
be honorable amongst themselves
for survival, as well as
joy.
A huge black "wild-cat", called
"The Black Doom"
is still said to haunt
"brutes".
This Black Doom Cat is a
Spirit,
( a type of "Tui Atua" )
so there is no use trying
to stop any physical ones.
Whether or not, we ourselves
do not attempt to be particularly
revengeful beings or avenging
beings,
there does seem to be
some kind of natural
"law of return" that operates
(Even if this is considered
simple cause & effect.)
in response to senseless
violence & oppression,
whether we choose to acknowledge
it or not.
Just as Nature can not function
as well at providing us
with what we need,
when we disregard the health
of our planet.
& the creatures that
live here.
All life is inter-connected.
Although, the poem below addresses
the most current widespread
form of gender-abuse,
it could apply to other situations
where beings are made vulnerable
by being
forced into unjust subordinate
roles,
which can then be taken advantage
of.
(such as attempted "subordination"
or
"oppression" based on race,
for example)
Although one must keep in
mind
that culture, race &
religion
should never be acceptable
excuses
for the abuse or oppression
of women, either.
For what one does either
to help or harm others
returns back again. And afterall
you may return as one,
in your next lifetime!
Though innocent blood may
be shed,
these wounds are eventually
returned
three-fold to the oppressor.
Good is returned many times
three-fold to the kindhearted.
It may not seem so, when
we see the kindhearted suffer,
& of course they do not
deserve it.
Even if you consider that
kindhearted people
are boosting their own immune
system
& that anger poisons
us, we see nature already at work
helping us to fulfill our
own desires of our nature.
This does not mean that nice
people will never get sick,
or that they will never be
mistreated,
it just means they have something
extra on their side
to at least try to help them
if they do face these obstacles.
And besides how do you know
what you may be in the next life?
Try to live this one as best
& fully as you can.
Though the brutes may seem
to be temporarily pleased
with themselves,
for getting away with something
for a time
aren't they usually miserable
inside?
And No matter how powerful
we may or may not be,
inevitably,
Justice can end up in "hands"
greater than our own.
This is in no way meant to
suggest
that we should take it upon
ourselves
to harm others in revenge.
It is best to put a loving
protective barrier around
one's self & one's loved
ones.
although you certainly have
the right to defend yourselves.
Taking Revenge on our own,
might only feed into the negativity.
Avenging or Defending are
different from senseless revenge, of course.
So, By the same token, so
called "karmic" reasons that we can not see,
should never be an excuse
to withhold our courage or compassion
on behalf of our friends,
loved ones & those we should care about.
You are not alone.
The poem below,
only symbolically demonstrates
a warning & lesson,
that it is very unwise to
attack one's wife or lover.
"The Black Doom Cat is watching
thee
& if you hit me, it'll
be a haunting thee."
Please Be Kind-Faekith
Rhyme
You will feel the wrath of
The Black Doom Cat
If upon your Lady's face
you lay a slap
& Be careful not to rule,
rant & rave
For the lady may be a friend
of the Fey !
He who beats his wife by
night
-Shall suffer by the morning
light
And he who beats his wife
by day
-Shall watch his own soul
fade away!
Though she forgives 3million
times
It is now in other hands
that justice finds
For there is nothing the
spirits less abide,
-Than a brutish man, who
beats a wife
Never thus offend the friends
of the fey
-`Least troubles be returned
to you by night and day
Though he be King, or he
be ape
-From the fury of all nature,
he shant escape!

"So Mote It Be !"
Some Tips About Enchanting
Beings!
by TigerMan
Most are sweet and loyal
and warm.
and bring joys to those who
win their favor!
But beware, least you fall
from favor
(for even the heart as open
as a blooming flower:
closes harder than the most
clenched fist, once injured.)
For most Fae-kith & Merfolk
do not take kindly to insults
to their Mer. or Pixie-Pride
nor insults to their romantic
vanity.
They also disdain being over-controlled
or bossed about.
If you cross that line
with one of these delightful
creatures
Then like most of them would,
( yje' ) She will harden
her heart to you.
And turn away with a tossing
of the hair on her pretty
little head
and make herself very scarce
to you.
She might even run away from
you,
And try as you may to catch
her,
You might never get to see
her again.
And there's no use denying
it,
you'd soon come to miss her
very much.
