works of Science Fiction, Fantasy and other genre fields. It starts
with the Hugo and Nebula awards and then goes on to
list others. A brief history of each award is given, hos it is given
and the eligibility criteria.

"Reason, Sexuality, and the Self in Libertarian Science Fiction Novels"

This article looks at how some 'libertarian' science fiction novels
have actually portrayed reason, sexuality and the self, focusing on
those that have won the
Prometheus Awards. What he
finds is that while there are some interesting ideas in the novels, in
the end they all, with one exception, return to the current cultural
code of conduct. Read it and see if you agree with his conclusions.
