"Peyote on the Brain (non-fiction)" [permanent link]. An article that looks at peyote, a hallucinogen considered sacred by members of the Native American Church. A scientist is doing research in peyote use by that Church and discoveres that it may help people to overcome alcoholism and other addictions. The study itself is tempered with respect for the Church with the peyote used under strict supervision and conditions.
