Well who knows? Amoniath once again walks the shores ov Nelsonia. The Ancient Ones are restless. The I-Cross is still standing after all these years. There is still magick here. Maybe there is more to be written......?

FUCKING HELL!!!! We did it & it fucking ROCKED!!!!!!
In 20 minutes there waz xtian songbook trashing (by the very high-nrg & awesome crowd), guitar copulation (by Xanataph!!), David Coverdale Deep Purple era style posturing with the mic stand (guess who!! lol!), Vomiting on stage, Wet & Messy fun...and oh yeah we played some songs as well.....probably the best received ( and best played) being "Geschidt Christlich Erschlagen" which just goes to show..Satan sellz!!!!!hehehehe
Now letz make a very cryptic point...10 years of being a forestry worker gets you a front row possie in the mosh pit of Pantera..now isin't that nice??....well, well, well....10 years of playing the electric guitar, having a professional Heay Metal band running and basically doing nothing but GETS YOU ON THE SAME FUCKING BILL AS PANTERA!!!!!!!!
As they say the best revenge is living a good life!!!! :)

* NELSON - Nice response, good opening night. Got Single finished in time. Singer of a certain band (though they shall remain nameless) attacked our tour manager and had to be ejected from the venue!! hahahah It was wild! Black Harvest, another opening act did a kinda pantamine using a severed pig head and a manaquin's head..very bizarre..drummer/vocalist calls himself "The King of Meat" haha

* WELLINGTON - Unfortunate choice of venue, but otherwise satisfactory. Met some kool Wellington Metal bands, who ironically were playing up the road BUT actually wanted to see us!!

* WANGANUI - GROUSE MATE!!!! Yes we rocked, the audience rocked! Metal was the winner tonight!! hehe :) Good to play a youth orientated gig! They really are groovy!! Xanataph met an awesome woman nammed Shannon! She took some wicked pictures of the Wanganui gig! We shall post some up here once we return. And one of her if she doesn't watch out!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :)

* PALMESTON NTH - Whoops!!...Forgot to do this one at the time! Shitty turnout, stupid idea playing in a place on a Sunday afternoon(???) with almost xero visible promotion. Umm that's probably why it slipped my mind to put this one up here..we hope that you'll do better next time Palmy!!!!! Nethertheless we met some kool people & contacts..as you do on tour!! lol!

* SAMHAIN - Although not a city and we're not even playin' today..it's XANATAPH'S birthday. It's also Walpurgisnacht for all those La Veyan's out there!! Innit great when not only, 2 but 3 festive occasions happen at the same time. Oh what a Satanist Xanataph is!!! :) hahahahahahahahahaha Send him a Birthday Greeting

* NEW PLYMOUTH - Played New Plymouth last knight!!! It was awesome!! Biggest crowd at this venue yet...awesome...went to a cool after party..it was awesome...drank some wicked home made whiskey - awesome! The New Plymouth girls are VERY hospitable...AWWEESOMMEEE!!! :) Dave Gideon had a hell of a lotta fun singing "Nagelcamp" & "As I Weep"....awesome!!!! And the gig was filmed on DV..now that's FUCKING awesome!!!!

Better go now as there is roadie-ing to be done!!

PS: the whiskey was soo nice and pure..ya'all know what that means...NO HANGOVER

* HAMILTON - Another great show we did!!...although maybe not quite as large as New Plymouth, this has been our tightest gig on the tour so far..no trashed gat strings or kik pedals! lol!
Apparently this was the first all METAL show in Hamilton for a fucking long time we were told..this comes as a bit of a shock, as there are some great bands there, and we had the pleasure of playin' with 3 of 'em! Must make speical mension of Masochrist's inverted cross and goat skull thingy..nice! :)
Also tried out live our cover of Transylvanian Hunger with Thyiendalen singing the necrovox!! Hell of a lot more interesting with vokills that song is..!! hahaha

PS: Swapped the Whiskey in New Plymouth for Heineken in Hamilton...WOW.

* RAWKLAND - THE BEST....without a doubt in the world, fantastic turnout, wonderful support bands (Malevolence & Skuldom) and we even got the Auckland Metallers headbangin' ..quite contary to the rumors we had heard that Auckland crowds don't mosh!!!! :) It was soo kool!!! Xanataph did a guest appearance with Malevolence to sing "Prime Mover"...as everyone knows although he did not write the song (A certain Mr Zodiac Mindwarp did.) it was written about him!!! Speaking of guest slots, Necrosodomy from Skuldom jumped onstage with us for that certain Darkthrone cover we do, and also for a very impromteau version of Iron Maidens Running Free while Thyiendalen fixed his bass string!! SHIT HOT!!

Ok..well I just had this all nicely written out then the fucking computer crashed..:( And I'm tired and have to catch the ferry up nth tomorrow so I'll be brief.

*Nelson show was good, reasonable turnout for a thursday, some band had a pigs head there, everyone had a go. We played well. One of the support band's singers went mental and attcaked our tour manager..he got ejected from the venue!!hehe It was wild!! :)

*We have a CD single "2.13 Twilight" it's fucking cool basically and has awsome packaging and 3 other songs that will be on the new album (as yet untitled) when it comes out!! It will be on sale at the nth island shows for $10.

Where to start this time? Well let's start with friday night (06/04). Damn fine gig it was, lots of moshers and a fucking awsome 10Kw sound system! Our set and an interview with Xanataph was taped for local TV broadcast on Mainland Television most likely in the near future.

Our tour is also most certainly a happening thing as most dates have been confirmed now. We will constantly update the front page with the latest dates/venues etc. If you like metal and we're playing near you, be there because it will be fucking wicked and we don't play in the North Island everyday!!!! :)

Work is steady on the album, "Voudoun" is well on the way and "The Quintessence of Despair" is also done which has turned out to be rather different from the demo version mp3 ....you'll just have to wait and see! We endevour to have it all finished by the time we are on tour (which is like in just 3 weeks!) so it is available for purchase at the shows! Could be a big ask! hehe

We will be rehearsing intensively over the next 2 weeks..the neighbors will go insane! Still haven't got any pictures of Daemon 2001 for y'all. Still haven't got a scanner...eh Anna!!!!!!!!! We will continue to work on this conundrum. Oh and fix the goddamn guestbook!

ROOOOAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! things are now going very nicely. The album recording has been going great, we have finished '2.13 Twilight' which as explained above will be released on April 6th as part of the Artery Compl. As of today we're working on 'The Quintessence of Despair', it's progressing well.

There is also plans being made for a North Island NZ tour in the near future. :) Not too much can be said at this time but you can be sure we'll let you know here and in the MetalNZ Forum.

Webpage wise as you can see, this 'pile of ASCII' has actually gone through some minor improvements. Deadbc is still fucking around with his new 'high tech' page or whatever he calls it. It's not there yet so this page still soldiers on! (check the link one level above this page to see how he's doing!)

It must be time to get some pictures up here of the current lineup, which is to those who dont know...Xanataph (gat/vox), Deadbc (Drums), Thyiendalen (bass). Hell the Mosh the Artery gig was fucking kick ass! Yay! Metal is not completely dead in Nelson!
