An Encyclopedia of Fairies

Synopsis

Katharine Briggs has out done herself with this book. It has
defintions and detailed descriptions over almost every type
of faerie imaginable. She not only covers the typical faeries,
pixies and goblins but also the related fantasy creatures such
as dragons and mermaids. Perhaps she should have called it
"Everything You Wanted to Know about Fairies, but Were
Afraid to Ask." If you are interested in finding out the
differences between the fae I definetly suggest you get this
book.
