Description: This spell repairs
minor damage (rips, tears, (bullet) holes, etc) to clothing or cloth-like
items (tarps, for instance). Mend won't restore lost armor rating,
neither will it turn a rag back into an Armani suit.

in cherry condition, but 5 or 6 might be necessary to get that new car feeling
back in a rolling wreck). Likenew won't repair anything but cosmetic
damage.
