(Not So Frequently Asked Questions) Or, I think I might want you to draw me a picture.

I don't hear this too often, and, I tend to think, with good reason. However, maybe about once or twice a year, I get such a request. This little FAQ, which isn't really a FAQ since it's not 'frequently asked' should help inform those once-in-a-while folks as to what they need to do to get that character pic. ...eventually. So read everything, and if you're still interested, email me at the address at the bottom of this page, with Character Pic Request in the subject line. Otherwise, it might be mistaken for spam and deleted.

Do you draw pics on request? Yes, on the rare occasions I get them, I do do requests.

Do you do art trades? I've only ever done one art trade, and that's because I generally feel like the other person got a bum deal if they're even a little better than I am. So I don't ask for them, don't offer, and feel guilty about accepting.

How much do you charge? I don't charge, but that's because I don't get asked to do this very much, I don't give a time frame for getting the pic done, and I don't currently send the original art, just the scan of it.

Do you draw humans or human-type characters? Humans and elves and such, no. Anime-style critters like catgirls or catboys... hell no. If you want it to look mostly human with only the barest trace of animal traits, I am not the person to talk to.

How about animals? Pure animals (and by this I mean fantasy animals as well with no trace anthropomorphing) I will do on a case by case basis - if I don't think I'm capable of rendering it well enough or if it touches on one of my pet peeves, I won't. More on those pet peeves later.

Furries, or anthropomorphics? Why, yes, indeed I do. Most of what I draw falls into this category, actually.

What I do NOT and WILL NOT draw: While I'm not against adult art in the slightest, there are plenty of artists out there who will gladly draw anything like that for you, better than I can. At this time, I'm not comfortable with my grasp of anatomy (If I draw it, I would rather get it right). I won't draw erotica, or explicit themes. No bondage or other kinks. All my art is PG or PG-13 depending on the individual request. If you want a nude pic, that's fine - but nothing will be showing. ;)
