Eyes of a stormy blue-gray meet your gaze frankly, looking out from a small face surrounded by medium length blondish brown hair. A slender figure of average stature proudly wears at the shoulder a knot of harper blue twined with apprentice white. You'll usually see either a friendly smile or a dreamy, faraway kind of look on this face. Though always willing to add a new face to those she knows as friends, and far from suspicious of those she meets, there's something in her eyes that seems to say that life hasn't always been as perfect as it might seem.
A cream colored tunic of extremely light, cool material drapes down over harper blue trous. It is held to her slim waist by a well made brown wherhide belt while her feet are covered by a pair of well-worn knee-high wherhide boots of the same deep brown.
Elbera is 24 Turns, 8 months, and 16 days old.

Her Background?

Elbera was an unsettled child, though she was happy growing up. She loved the runners of her family's small Ruathan hold, but wished to be elsewhere, learning of music. Her family, ever supportive, inquired of a passing Harper Journeyman who agreed to sponsor her to the Hall after testing her in the rudimentaries of the craft.
Elbe was installed at the Harper Crafthall at the age of 16, somewhat old for an apprentice, but she enjoyed what she was doing and proceeded at a steady rate. In the past few Turns there have been problems at her home, and her studies have suffered because of the frequent trips back and forth and the long stays at the back hill runnerhold.

Just a note: She started out as Elbereth, but I confused so many people on DF every time I entered a room (with the -th ending they thought I was a dragon) that I ended up changing it. I've left most of my possessions as "Elbereth's" just for fun, although I suppose to be ICly correct I should change it. What can I say? It's just my stubborn nature, I guess.

The depths of the sea with their rich blue stillness and silk-smoooth currents are echoed in Aduial's hide, as it glints brightly when the sun shines on it or sinks into shadowy beauty in the darkness from which he prefers to observe the world. Hints of green swirl around his swiftly moving body, accenting every lithe movement. There's a friendliness that shines in the soft currents of his eyes with waterswirled brightness, often accompanied by the light of mischief.
You see a flashing glimpse of two white bands surrounding the bright blue of his ankle, an indication of his humanpet's status as a Harper Apprentice.
Aduial is 13 Turns, 5 months, and 9 days old.

This merry fellow's well-oiled bronze hide shines in the light, taking on the appearance of a long worn bronze medallion, with its streaks and mellow shadings of darker bronze. The bronze shades to a deep red along the wing sails, chest and at the tip of his tail, as glints of gold accent each smooth movement. His eyes, with their almost hypnotic blue/green whirl, have a friendly look to them, but watch out - that mischievous streak comes through more often than not.
Powerful wings, belied by his smallish size, are hardly ever still, their movement accenting two bands, one of white and the other of bright blue, that flash from his ankle as he proudly displays the fact that his humanpet is a harper.
Quentin is 13 Turns, 4 months, and 21 days old.

Elbereth's Songbook(#4526)
The usual possession of any harper apprentice, Elbe's songbook looks relatively neat, although a few sheets of well-worn hide poke out here and there, some with musical notes and lyrics half finished, some with sketches and notes on other non-music related things. The cover is of a thick protective hide dyed messily blue, its edge a bit ragged.

Elbereth's pack(#2603)
A tribute to the craftsman who made it,the delicate harpers blue weave sets off beautiful embroidery. Depicted on it are graceful golden harps and colorful fire lizards, whirling in their joyful, aerial dances. There is a bulge in a small easily accessible compartment that tells of Elbereth's willingness to feed any hungry firelizards she comes upon.

Elbereth's towel(#5214)
This is a very plain looking towel of harper blue, but it soaks up much more than you would expect with its small size. Elbereth would never be without it as it can be useful for many things (you never know when you'll have to flag down a passing dragon).

Lethe
A pensive, somewhat amused expression usually resides on the face of this young woman, blue-gray eyes dancing with hidden thoughts. Some people sense a certain peace about her as she moves in her quiet, clumsy grace, dingy blondish-brown hair smoothed behind her ears so her vision won't be impaired.
Her gaze carefully meets that of those she encounters - she listens.
She is of average height, slim and somewhat fit, with a slightly careless, rumpled appearance.
