The air was still, the night was crisp. It was the kind of night where you could just smell the dirt on the ground, everything having it's own natural fragrance. Just then a light wind picked up and the leaves in the trees rustled for a moment. Then, once again, everything was bathed in silence. "GRRRAAAAHHHH!!" cried Akisame as his clawed hands tore into a massive trees base. Only loud growls, snorts and shouts of anger were all he said as he continued to pound away at the trunk of this mammoth piece of wood. Finally with one tearing movement his hand ripped out a good portion of the tree and it feel helplessly to the ground. [[Are you done yet?]] Akisame clenched his fists and dropped to his knees, "Shut up you mechanical nuisance. I'll never be done...you'll never know what it's like...". [[What what's like? Being stuck inside the head of someone and being forced to watch them kill themselves? Because that's what you're doing.]] Akisame's violet eyes dropped to the ground, trying to turn away from what he was doing, the light wind blew his braids back and forth, making tiny rattling noises audible as the beads came in contact with one another, "I don't care anymore...torn between 3 personalities. I want power....I want peace....I can't tell what I really want and what I can actually achieve. I'm...half a man..." [[Nonsense, you want power and that you already have. Peace you must work for however, seems your savage persona is the dominant one, you'll have to learn how to repress anger. Having the upgrades inside of you doesn't make you any less of a man, in some eyes it might make you more of one.]] Akisame pulled his hands in front of his eyes, looking down as the alien-like armor unlaced itself from his hands, and the liquid tendrils slid back around his fingers, forming the rings he wore. "Look at how my power has been gained. It's not like someone training for their entire life, it's...fake...I'm like some monster created in a lab. What power to I really have? Think of it, that Copycat Ken guy could have had me if the match lasted longer...I can't do anything without worrying about this stupid RAGE unit boiling my blood." [[I...don't know what to tell you Akisame. There are those in the world that are born with talent, even before they learn how to practice. Think of yourself that way, when you were born anew, you gained talents. As for the RAGE unit I do have good news. It seems the more you use it, the better you're getting, and the more resistant your body is becoming to the fever that accompanies it's use. With enough practice you might not even have to worry about overheating anymore.]] A bead of sweat rolling down Akisame's forehead, over the bridge of his nose and dripped off the tip, moistening the ground below, "Practice...more work for something that should have never happened. But yeah, I guess your right..." something was wrong in Akisame's voice, in a way it didn't sound like he was being true, and Nac to sense it, "...I should get more use out the RAGE unit...hey, I know a way....". Akisame drew his hands under him and lifted himself back to his feet. [[Akisame? What are you thinking of doing?]] He just rolled his shoulders, then closed his eyes and lifted one hand waist high, palm up. [[Akisame...look no, there's no need for this, I didn't mean you needed to max out RAGE now.]] He continued to keep his current position, a gentle breeze blew past him as he began deeply concentrating on something. [[I'm telling you, don't do it now. You're just angry that's all...try counting to 10 or something.]] It was then that a single wisp of electricity crackled around his hand. Now Nac realized what Akisame was trying to do. [[For god sakes, you know you can't use that technique! Even in emergencies it's not advised!]] Akisame continued to ignore Nac's pleas, now several webs of energy were dancing around his outstretched palm. Soon they began to move about his forearm, then up his shoulder, and over his chest. Not much time passed before it cackled all over his body. In a chaotic way it was beauty as the bright arcs of pure electrical force danced over his form. Twisting in and out of his vest and his hair, his palm began to tense up until he clenched it into a fist. [[Listen to me Akisame! Not here! Not now!! This doesn't accomplish anything!]] His eyes opened, but they didn't just shine their normal violet color, now they raged intensely, for a second it seemed as if though he almost smiled to himself, he inhaled a deep breath of the swirling air forced into a rapid motion by the electrical disturbances his body was giving off, "Shougekiha..." [[My god...I knew it...your going to use...]] Before Nac could finish his realization, Akisame had interrupted him, "DRIVER!!". He lifted his hand up and slammed it straight into the dirt. In a split second the ground began to rumble and the earth seemed to wince as a monstrous gathering of the energy that coursed through Akisame's body was summoned. A massive blast shaped like a drill bit tore from beneath the ground and poured it's essence into the air. The rock, the trees, the dirt, anything that was within the blast radius was incinerated by the shock of energy. Then there was silence, it was over. Akisame's body dropped to the ground face first, several heat less sparks jumped off of him as he impacted with the ground. [[Akisame? Akisame? Are you all right? How do you feel??]] The dirt kicked up from under his nose as he breathed out deeply, opening his eyes slightly. He gave the same smile he had given right before he let go of the blast, "Much...better...". After those words Akisame's body gave up, and he slipped into unconsciousness.
