The room would have been dark, if not for the florecents that lay above the 
table. 
It was from this room that most of the world's connections were controlled. 
This, was the council room of the Zoalords of Chronos.
"You failed us miserably, Zeiga. Considering that Scimitar was your 
assignment, I wonder why you bothered coming back." Alkanphel said with a 
smile.
"Well, I don't see how you fared any better, great, Lord Alkanphel." Zeiga 
replied with sarcasm.
Alkanphel raised his eyes from the documents in front of him, and gazed at 
the Zoalord who had failed him constantly. Zeiga's head exploded right there, 
leaving his body to decompose in his chair.
"So," Dr. Valcus began, "how do you propose to deal with the threat that the 
boy and his friends may try to stop us?"
"Simple enough," Alkanphel replied. "Not even those fools at Umbrella know of 
this project I've been working on."
He started a video. Three magnificent creatures, each about 8 feet in height, 
with a lanky, wiry build, and amazing 10 foot wings, began to rip through 
several Zoanoids.
"This is project Akuma." Alkanphel announced. "My secret weapon against the 
Saiyan boy and his friends. That is all you need to know." 
With that, the Zoalords departed.
Alkanphel looked upon his works. A smile seemed to appear.
"I haven't seen you smile like that, since you wiped Seyruun off the map." a 
cheerful voice said.
Alkanphel turned with discuss to the man who stopped him from destroying the 
boy. 
"As always, Xelloss, you take too much pleasure in what does not concern you."
"When you, that boy, and the Dark Lord's power is involved, I'm always 
concerned."
Alkanphel wasn't surprised. Of course, if anyone knew what his Akuma project 
truly was, it would be his old mentor.
"So, by combining your Zoalord blood, with a fraction of Shabranigdo's power, 
you believe that it will stop the Saiyan?"
"It stopped that mistress of yours, when I last used them."
Xelloss flinched. Apparently, Alkanphel had touched a nerve.
"So," Alkanphel said, noticing the reaction, "that's why you aid the boy. 
Revenge against your old student, eh?"
Xelloss seemed to glow, and boil with power, and then.....
brought his finger to his mouth, wagging it, with a wink, and said, "That's a 
secret." before fazing out.
