i have a technical question for you.
I enjoy building websites and have extensive knowledge of HTML. However, i don't know much in the way of graphics.

Hey there! Thanks for the info on the other Conan sites. I've been to the threshold site before, but not Galen's; I'll check it out. You've built a nice site here, I'm sure it will be spectacular when done. So you haven't read any of Howard's Conan "yarns " Since you won't find them in most retail bookstores, check out some local used bookstores. I found half my collection that way, and payed between fifty cents and 1.50 for each paperback. I understand about lacking the cash, I had a serious money shortag when I was your age, and didn't like asking my parents for the greens (besides, my dad hated me reading that stuff). I had to come up with all sorts of goofy ways of finding or earning the money. This included using my metal detector in parks and school rounds to find coins. Well, take care and good luck! --Clint

Dear Aaron, Keep up the good work. Nice to know that the younger generation appreciates Robert E. Howard and Isaac Asimov. You might want to try to read some of Howard's non-Conan stories too (if you haven't already). I also suggest to everybody I run into that li es Sci-Fi and Fantasy to try Jack Vance. His style is different from Howard, but his heroes are like REH's in that they persevere against all odds (usually with a dry sense of humor). You might also want to try the REH-fans@xenite.org(I think I've got i right?) It's like the Hyborian Message Board in that it's a subscription list. Mostly purists talking about Howard and his works.
