Lambert is the most insignificant character in this movie. To me it seems like Lambert really liked Kane, and was extremely upset of his death. In this life - threatening situation, Lambert panics and don't do much use for herself. Anyway, she survives Kane, Brett, Ash and Dallas. She dies together with Parker, when they were going to fetch some cooling stuff for the escape pod.
